Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! If the weather outside is too frightful to build a snowman in the yard, then come on over to Joy of Sprinkles and spend an evening “building” some snowman cookies! Pam will provide six sugar cookies that fit together to make the cutest little Frosty, along with everything needed to decorate them. She’ll share tips and tricks to cookie decorating, as well as send you home with her famous sugar cookie recipe.
