It’s Galette time! Come join us at Joy of Sprinkles on Thursday, April 18th from 6:30-8:00pm, where Anna will teach us how to create this delicious pastry.

What is Galette, you ask?  Galette refers to a delicious treat that has a pastry base topped with a variety of ingredients, everything from sweet fruits to savory vegetables and cheeses. The edges of the pastry are roughly folded over the filling to create a beautiful, rustic-looking bake. 

Anna will provide all of the ingredients and walk us through the tricks of making the perfect crust as well as a couple of different fillings. We will make both a sweet and savory Galette that we can take home to enjoy.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided, along with a guaranteed good time. Grab a friend, or come on your own and make a new friend or two!
